This Shipping Policy describes our policies and procedures on the shipping your purchase. 

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from the UK.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Delivery times for international orders will differ by country and may range from 7-21 working days. For delivery within the UK, please allow 3-4 working days.

Can I track my order?

The majority of our orders are sent by Royal Mail and come with tracking provided. Your order status can be tracked via the Royal Mail website using the tracking ID you receive once your order is despatched to you. Please check your spam mailbox if you have not received your email and tracking ID.
For non-tracked services within the UK, you will receive a postage item ID once your order is despatched.
For orders with shipping addresses in the Middle East, we ship via courier service and will provide you with a tracking ID for this service. We cannot be held liable for any difficulties receiving your order once it has arrived in the country given in the shipping address. Please track your order to ensure safe delivery.

What are your international shipping charges?
International shipping charges vary by country and by your choice of shipping service. Please enter your address at checkout to find out exact costs and delivery times for the service you have chosen.
Our shipping charges include customs fees. Please note, however, due to current instability around international tariffs, customs fees (and therefore total shipping charges) may change at short notice. We may be obliged to temporarily halt shipping to certain countries if tariffs change abruptly, until these changes can be reflected in our shipping & customs charges. We have made all reasonable efforts to include shipping, customs and taxes charges in our shipping costs. Any additional duty or taxes that may become due upon receipt will be payable by the customer.

If I purchase more than one item, how will they be delivered?
We aim to keep orders together, so your items will usually be fulfilled at the same time. If one or more items are not available when you place your order there may be a delay in despatch, so that we can send your items in as few parcels as possible.

Can items in my order be delivered to multiple addresses?

No, orders can only be delivered to one address. Should you wish for items to be delivered to different addresses, please place these orders separately.
